What Quantum Calm is: an emotional companion and sound tool. It is NOT a medical, psychological or psychiatric service, and does not replace one.

Your account: you are responsible for keeping access to your email, since that is how you sign in. One use per person; do not share your access.

Subscription and billing: there is a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, the first charge is made and the subscription renews automatically (monthly or yearly, per the plan you chose) until you cancel. The current price is shown at checkout before you confirm.

How to cancel: by writing to hola@quantumcalm.net or from your Hotmart panel. Canceling stops the next charge; access continues until the end of the period already paid.

Payment: handled by Hotmart as authorized reseller. By buying you also accept their terms.

Acceptable use: do not use the app to harm others, do not attempt to breach its security, and do not resell it. We may suspend an account that breaks this.

Availability: we do our best to keep the service running, but outages can happen for maintenance or causes outside our control.

Liability: Quantum Calm is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any health or wellbeing outcome. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes: if we change these terms in a material way, we notify you by email before they take effect.

Governing law: the laws of the consumer's country of residence govern this relationship wherever they are more protective.
