Controller: Quantum Calm (Calma Cuántica brand). Write to hola@quantumcalm.net for anything about your data.

What we store: your email, the text you write each night, the reading and frequency generated, your streak and your settings. Everything is tied only to your account and encrypted at rest in our database (Supabase).

Why: to run the service — generate your reading, synthesize your frequency, keep your history and streak across devices, and notify you about charges or account changes. The legal basis is performing the contract you accept by using the app.

Artificial intelligence: to generate your reading, the text you write is sent to Anthropic (United States), which processes it and returns the answer. Anthropic does not use that text to train its models. The international transfer relies on Anthropic's standard contractual clauses.

Payment: handled by Hotmart. We never see or store your card details; Hotmart has its own privacy policy.

App usage: we use PostHog (United States) to measure in aggregate how the app is used — which screens are seen, where people drop off — with no autocapture and no advertising. The text you write is never sent to PostHog; only technical events.

How long: as long as your account exists. If you delete it, we remove your history and account immediately; minimal billing records may be kept for as long as tax law requires.

What we do NOT do: we do not sell your data, hand it to advertisers, build ad profiles, or share what you write with anyone beyond what is described here.

Your rights: you can access, correct, export or delete your data. Full deletion is available to you from Settings → Delete my account, or by asking us by email.

Minors: the service is for people 18 and older. If we find a minor's account, we close it.
